Fixed price repairs

  1. Retail sales only.
  2. Available at participating depots only.
  3. Fitted prices include inspection, diagnosis, verbal assessment, Scania approved parts, labour and consumables.
  4. All prices exclude VAT at the standard rate.
  5. The published prices apply to the job shown (part number & RTS code) and do not apply to other similar products available from Scania.
  6. The Fixed price repair ‘eye catcher’ special offer pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
  7. Additional discount may be offered on normal Fixed price repair pricing to customers who have a valid ‘Good news for old friends’ service contract, this is part of a promotional offer which can be withdrawn at any time and without notice.
  8. Haydock Commercials reserve the right to alter any specification and price without notice.
  9. Fixed price repair times are used for all work carried out by Scania trained technicians.
  10. All information is believed to be correct at the time of going to press, however, Haydock Commercials reserve the right to introduce at any time modifications or changes to jobs as part of a policy of continuous improvement.
  11. All prices assume presentation of the vehicle, by the customer, to the repairing workshop.
  12. The Fixed Price Repairs published are created using Scania’s standard times and do not include any additional labour required for the removal of catwalks, ancillary equipment, bodywork, superstructures or any non standard equipment fitted to the vehicle. Additional time required to complete the job in respect of these items will be agreed with the customer prior or any work being carried out.
  13. Mineral oils are used in all circumstances. Fixed price repairs do not include semi synthetic or fully synthetic oils. If these oils are required the difference in the price between the mineral oil and the semi or fully synthetic oil will be charged.
  14. All surcharge costs are additional to the Fixed price repair.
